Expressive Arts Therapist

MarySebastian has over 20 years experience working with children, 15 years therapeutic experience, and has been involved in the arts since age 7 (almost 30 years!!) They utilize a combined approach in sessions that includes expressive arts (music, movement, visual arts, and drama), somatic work (a body focus approach), and a social justice lens accommodating individuals with disabilities, LGBTQ, and other unique identities.

Why Us?

Expressive Arts

If you enjoy music, dance, movies, writing, poetry, painting, crafts, animals, nature, or another form of creative connection, this is the right place for you.

Neuroqueer Community Building

Do you identify as LGBTQ, neurodivergent, autistic, ADHD, or another similar identity? We are focused on building community that can support these marginalized identities.

Cultivate Empowerment

It takes courage and hard work to change your life. But the rewards are more than you could ever imagine. If you identify as a marginalized individual, self care is political resistance. We can help empower you to create the life you deserve.

Mindfulness
(is not what you think.)

Yes we teach mindfulness!

No we don't teach it the traditional way!

If you struggle with challenging emotions, hate meditation, don't do breathing techniques, or just can't stand "that woo woo stuff" we can help.

Expressive arts therapies provide a unique opportunity for self-discovery and personal growth, allowing individuals to connect with their inner selves and explore new dimensions of their creativity.
