Mindfulness Group Instruction

Mindfulness is not just good for anxiety and depression. It can also be a useful tool for more productive and peaceful work environments, community groups, and professional development.

We can provide group presentations, retreats, and workshops for conferences, workplace team building, community centers, and pretty much any group you can think of!

Theater Shows!

As of 2023 we are producing a yearly musical focused on social justice and spiritually themes!

If you are a performer or artist of ANY kind, drop us a message and see how you can be involved!

Our 2026 show will be at local Unitarian churches, the first 3 Sundays in August.

The show is about current political and social justice issues, as well as the concept of moving into spirituality and how this can help us cope with current events.
